Why are we the light of this world?

Sons & Hirelings / Overcomers / Daily Wisdom / Hell - The truth

[Genesis 1:3-4] Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness.

The basic idea lies in separation, which perfectly fits with holiness.

Apostle Paul said, [2 Corinthians 6:14] Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness?

There is no association between the light and darkness. Darkness produces no energy, no output no blessing, it just is. However, light is costly.

This idea of separation, like the separation of church and state is a good idea.

Now. How do we recognize who is the light and who is the darkness? Or as the Greek language of the New Testament would say, of darkness, of the evil one, of...

We are of the light and we are the light. Period.

In darkness we can hide and grope. In darkness anything goes. No restrain and no moral conduct, why morality? "In the name of what?"' - Darkness says.

In darkness pretentiousness hides, lies and all sorts of seductions.

In darkness you can keep on guessing, endlessly; and imagine things which can only be studied in light, even the perfect light.

Could it be that those who were, and perhaps still are in darkness, keep the mystical and unexplained in order to have a following?

In darkness you will find the seven-headed dragon, demons, devils, grotesque creatures and a huge pack of lies; and as long as you stay in darkness you will sit there and listen to imaginary things. Some sweat and tremble, others gnash their teeth, others are afraid to lose that place of gross darkness for they would have to empty their heads of trash. They would have to admit that they were fooled and that they believed a complete nonsense, but in order to admit it one would have to summon great courage. This courage would have to involve the humbling of the pride of this present life. Therefore, the last remaining fortress of darkness is the pride of life.

The moment one shines light into darkness one finds the truth. All of a sudden all those dragons, demons and grotesque creatures are gone for they never were there. One just believed them to be there.

The sweet presence of light dispels darkness; and with it also all that it supposedly once held.

The fall of Lucifer (Isaiah 14) is preposterous, yet fools teach fools thus making more fools. No one shines any light into their place of bondage. Oh yes. Darkness binds. Light liberates.

That's why Jesus said to us, [Matthew 5:14-16] “You are the light of the world."

That means that the world lies in darkness and the teachers of religion also. For it has started with the Pharisees and their doctrines of demons; then Jesus only alluded to their ideas, so did the apostles, but to them that constituted the truth. Today, many say "you see Jesus confirmed that Satan's kingdom is divided." Others substantiate their beliefs with these words:

[Matthew 4:8-10] Again, the devil took Him to a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory; and he said to Him, “All these things I will give You, if You fall down and worship me.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only.’”

They say that Satan is the possessor of all the kingdoms of this world because you cannot give something that does not belong to you. And since Jesus did not argue with Satan and the devil (two creatures, Satan the angel; and Kenite the devil), the question of possession remains unresolved, unless...

Unless you get reformed.

[Mark 3:23-26] “How can Satan cast out Satan? “If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand."

So it is a question. He said "If a kingdom is divided" and not that his kingdom is already divided so that you can trick Satan. But then Jesus would have to also confirm that Satan is a king for he has his own kingdom.

Obviously, Jesus only alluded to what the Pharisees where teaching and neither confirmed or denied any of His day's beliefs. If we take only the words of Jesus without any theology then we will read only the pure truth.

Example: (Luke 22) When He said to Peter "get the behind me Satan" then He meant not the angel (Prosecutor in God's Court Satan), but opposition, which the Hebrew word STN really means. Then the Sovereign God granted Satan the permission to sift Peter like wheat. Jesus would then pray for Peter. Afterwards Peter would emerge victorious, sifted, tried and refined... thanks to Satan? Aha. It's good to be reformed.

“If Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but he is finished!“

So, Satan has an end, because Jesus stated that 'he is finished' providing that all those beliefs were valid. But were/are they valid? They were illogical and very confusing; therefore, blind beliefs create havoc.

Obviously Jesus alluded to the common beliefs of His day, but the time to reform that dualistic mind was not yet, because the price on the cross was not yet paid, and the Holy Spirit was not yet given. The apostles had a hard time teaching the One All-Powerful Sovereign over all God. Zoroastrianism and Manichaeism, which was imported from Persia and a mixture of Greek mythology, obscured the pure light of truth.

That's why Jesus had to come. Today we deal with the fresh and new, simple and straight.

No one realized that in order to Get the Greek mind interested; one had to allude to the fantastic and... yes you guessed it, the famed Greek mythology.

The end is in our thought processes, darkened with thoughts of ignorance.

Shadows are cast only when light hits an obstacle. Without light there are no shadows. Are you the obstacle, your beliefs your theology?

Remove the obstacle and become transparent. Only the truth can do that; never man's dogmas even those of Jesus' times.

"A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house."

Why Dualism - two gods theology - prevails? They say that you must be scriptural. I can be very scriptural studying God's word with a reformed mind. Or I can study the same word with a dogmatic and outdated mind. Outdated because there is only one God the Sovereign over all One. He is not split between Lucifer to whom darkness is being attributed; and Himself, to whom light is being attributed; and then comes the third god, the human judge, telling me which one is which. "Be careful. Watch out. Avoid hell." How long will this bondage continue?

“Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."

A mixture of ideas is not exactly the separation which God originally made. He separated the mixture and made clear light and gross darkness. But man likes to mix things up because at the end he is the god who can explain this maize he invented in the first place.

Complications have been created by people whose business is to first mess things up and then offer you their own brand of help. Or sell you a book. It's like a mechanic that temporarily fixed the problem with cheap parts because he wants your repeated business. So it is with this world. We make mess and charge for cleaning it up. Most keep groping in darkness, because they see no profit in being the light.

More light equates wisdom a much better, higher way of life. We would then behold what we have not seen before if we'd only quit the self-suiting works of darkness. the dark corners of our minds would not harbor phony ideas, which do bind, but would be filled with clarity of light.

The earthlings are progressing so slow because of their love of darkness. Who knows, perhaps God sends UFO's to test human cloudy perceptions? The aliens are so far ahead of the earthlings that no matter how much God eggs us on to grow up religious might seems to wield the upper hand.

Speculations and sensationalism blur our vision to something we have never seen before. We can make business out of the truth and light; without the mixture. We can profit not only monetarily, but also intelligently.

What is light?

What is light and what is its nature?

The most familiar light is the sunlight.

Science has many theories about sun, which passes them off as facts.

But is sun really a self-regenerating energy and that one day it will exhaust itself?

I don't think so.

Sun only reflects a much greater energy in the universe.

There might be unlimited number of suns with their galaxies.

Most likely that's true, because we talk about eternity and the God idea, which is limitless.

Just think about it and you won't struggle with faith.

What does the Bible say about sons & hirelings
